General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

As such vaccination not leading delay in period

If you have unprotected intercourse history than pregnancy has to be ruled out by urine hcg card test

Stress, excess exercise, Hormonal imbalance, ovarian cause, diabetes, thyroid problem etc can lead delay period

If needed investigation done with serum TSH, T4 estimation, CBC, RBS, USG pelvis etc for further work up

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult gynecologist for examination and discuss all these
