Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Vitamin D deficiency is linked to infertility. Recent research shows women who have sufficient vitamin D intake are more likely to become pregnant and produce high quality embryos if undergoing in in vitro than those who are deficient in this essential vitamin. And yes your doctor is right you need to reduce some weight if you are planning to conceive.
Hope this answers your query. Get back if you have more queries.
