Do Vomiting And Bleeding Post Misoprostol Intake During Pregnancy Imply Completed Abortion?

I m 7 weeks pregnant. I took a 600mg dose of misoprostol yesterday by 1pm. I had severe cramps around 6pm. I threw up and had heavy bleeding with clots after that. I have had no further bleeding since this morning. My stomach is rumbling this evening and I have no appetite. Does this mean the abortion was complete?

Hi, I think you have to undergo a ultrasound to find out if there is any product of conception left inside the cavity. If product is there and is large in size, d n c can be done.
