Do Weak Nerves Cause Tiredness?

Dear Sir, I am of 32 years age, 170cms height and 74 Kgs weight.. I am suffering from nervous weakness due to masturbation. I want to cure it very quickly as my marriage is held on next month. Also i feel very tired. Is the tiredness is due to nervous weakness?..Please clarify me
