Doctor, I Have 5 Stents A Year Ago At Singapore,

Doctor, i have 5 stents a year ago at singapore, i take 2 brilinta, 2 pantozol,Q10, vitoryn 10/20 everyday, lately i felt a bit strange, several time I felt my heart beat like being paused for 1 second and then continue again, at that time i double checked my pulse at my wrist, and it's confirmed. When the paused come i can feel discomfort on my chest for a while. at that time i could feel the heart beat on my chest.
As my observation : it might comes when i'm tired, strain on my shoulder or back neck
Do you have any idea what might happen to me ? Praise God it does not happen frequently.
