Hello aditi;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The report of urine showing pus cells of 10-12 can be infection in urine.So please consult a doctor close by and he may prescribe him some antibiotic to help treat the infection.It should not necessarily be a relapse of e-coli but early treatment will surely help.
Thanks
