Does 25-30 Pus Cells In Urine Post Unprotected Sex Suggest STD?

Hi I have 25-30 pus cells and +2 albumin I have protected sex with prostitute a year b4. After that I didn t sleep and didn t eat well. M in strong depression n in anxiety ..I have a lot of gas problem and pain instomavh moreover piles also occur. After 1 year when I go for doc. My urine shows 25-30 pus cells. hello,
i can understand your concern.
presence of 25 to 30 pus cells with ++ albumin with no lesions give an impression of a urinary tract infection.
this needs to be further evaluated.
kindly get a culture sensitivity of the urine done.
a 24hr urine protein along with an ultrasound is also advised.
does the urine report shows presence of any casts???
you need to consult your doctor for further evaluation.
for piles kindly do sitz bath(add betadine in lukewarm water and sit in intermittently) eat lots of fibre rich diet to prevent constipation. if problem persists surgery is advised.
kindly revert back with the test results.
