Does 6 Months Smoking With 7-10 Cigarette Lead To Clogging In The Arteries?

Hey I have been smoking for about 6 months and 7-10 ciggerets per day on average I wondered if the clogging I have done to my arteries is permanent or If there is something I could do, to add when I was smoking I never developed that smoking cough or a shortness of breath. So far I have been smoke free for a week. I don t know if it helps but I m aged 18.

Hiiiii read through your query..I must say that no doctor in the world would encourage you to smoke. I suggest you to quit smoking which is difficult but you should reduce it slowly as smoking can result in clogging in arteries. If it is ddue to stress you should go for nicotine chewing gums and go for yoga and meditation.It reduces your stress.Enjoy your life and stay happy.Hope I have answered your query.
