Does AC Chemotherapy Causes Wrinkles On Face?

Hi! I'm 35 years old, I wiegh 60 kilos and am 1m 76 cm. I've developed lots of facial wrinkles, esp round the mouth. I started chemo, (after a mastectomy for breast cancer) in February - I'm doing AC chemo and have one more cycle to do. COuld these facial lines (that I didn't have before) be related to the AC chemo and will they go away after? Many thanks in advance
