Does AST 44 And My ALT 131 Cause Serious Health Risks?
I received my lab results and my doctor is off this week end. My AST levels are 44 and my ALT levels are 131. should I be concerned about this. I drink sometimes on the weekends. I also take acetaminophen when I have a headache but not much. should I be concerned?

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
You need routine hemogram,RBS,Complete LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,Ultrasound of abdomen,serum GGT,viral markers. Further investigations can be done if needed.
It may be due to alcohol drinking so you should stop it completely.
You may need medicines.You should consult gastroenterologist.
