Does Acetaminophen Overdose Cause Death?

Hello, I just accidentally took either 2500 or 3000 mg of acetomenophen and I m terrified that I may have taken a lethal dosage. Is this enough that it could be an overdose and kill me? Just really terrified over here. I m 22, 5 2 and somewhere between 105-110 pounds. Please help. Thank you.

maximum Dode of acetaminophen that can be taken is 4000mg per day in adult.. more than that cause liver problems and it is fatal..but you have taken 3000mg..so it's under limit so don't worry but try to reduce intake of painkillers
