Does Adderall Cause Delayed Periods And Vaginal Spotting?

My period is late. I had some very light spotting the day it was due then nothing. I’m on Adderall10mg twice a day and I’ve read they have no direct correlation. I also read amphetamines can cause false negatives. So am I pregnant cause it’s definitely possible or is it the Adderall?
