Does Allegra 180mg Have Any Side Effects While Treating Rashes?

Hi Doctor eosinophilia treatment? Am generating Rashes in body and having allergy for past 3 months. I visited Doctor and initially advices to take xyzal and once i stop taking it started again. Then i changed another Doctor, that Dr prescribed Atarax 10mg and took it for 2months then also if i stop i started generating rashes, then he advised me to go for Blood test and Urine test. Urine test report is normal but bloodtest report suggest count of 750 stating "Interpretive messages Eosinophilia". Doctor told you have allergy in the body but can't find out because of what you are getting allergy. He prescribed Allegra180mg instead of Aratax 10mg to avoid drowsyness. Whether its advisable to take Allegra180mg for a month, already for 3months am taking medicine to avoid rashes. Whether it has any side effect. How to come out of this problem, Kindly help.
