Does Allegra Interact With Alendronate, Levothyroxine, Atenolol, Benazepril And Simvastatin?
My grandma has a red rash all over her face, neck, stomach, and back. It is not on her legs or arms. We do not know if it is an allergic reaction to something she ate. We would like to give her Allegra Allergy (Fexofenadine HCL 180mg/ Antihistamine). However, she is currently taking the following medications: Atenolol 25 tablet, Benazepril HCL 20mg, Simuastatin 40mg, Alendronate Sodium 70mg, and Levothyroxine 50mg. Can she take the Allegra Allergy (Fexofenadine HCL 180mg) with the medications she is currently on?

Hello, You can safely take Allegra along with your routine drugs. It will not interact with each other or affect the efficacy of one another. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
