Does Amloguard, Cetapin XR Twice Daily Cause Gas, Acidity?

My mother who is aged 78 years, 5 ft 2 inc, weight 60kg, is diabetic. her doctor has prescribed 5mg Amloguard at 10 pm, and Cetapin xr 500mg twice after breakfast and dinner. Please advise whether these medication lead to formation of gas and acidity.
