Does Anastrozole Cause Pain In The Joints And Ribs?

I started taking anastrozole about 2 months ago after surgery and radiation treatments for breast cancer. My joints ache and my ribs and jaw even ache. The cancer was on the left side, and the pain I m feeling is worse on that side. I am not usually quick to anger, but I know I am feeling more crabby. Could these symptoms be due to the medication?
