Does Aspirin, Rise The Chance Of Floaters In Eyes?

Hi Doctor, I got floaters in both eyes even before taking aspirin. Do this medicine increase the floaters and what are the side effect. Also, doctor told they can't do much on my floaters problem. I am worried as these floaters are increasing. Regards,
