Does Azoran Have Any Effect On Pregnancy?

My wife is ITP patient and taking azoran 100mg daily doses prescribed by haemetologist. We would like to know the effect of this drugs on pregency and what are the care we need to take? Also its effect on child?

we will be planning pregenacy on month of sept 2010.
