Heavy headedness may be caused by a low blood sugar or high blood pressure.
Check his blood sugar, as well as, blood pressure during an episode of heavy headedness.
Consult your doctor if either of the above-mentioned abnormalities are detected. and apprise him of my opinion. The doctor will modify the prescription so as to ensure a 24-hours' constant control over both parameters.
