Does Batrafen Help In Treating Twenty-nail Syndrome?

Hello doctor im from TRinidad and I was diagnosed with twenty nail sydrome. Now I have tried from home remedies right up to prescribed drugs and none haveworked for me.Now my twenty nail issue only affects one hand tho. I had this issue since I was a child. Im thinking about trying the Batrafen nail lacquer any advice for the wise please?

Twenty nail dystrophy is a disease of nail matrix. Batrafen nail laquer has no role in its management. You can try griseofulvin which have antiinflamatory actions along with intralesional steroids. Tazarotene gel (0.1%) and 5-Fluorouracil (5%) cream also gives good results.
