Does Betadine Help To Treat Redness And Black Layer On Penile Foreskin?

I am having typhoid from past 7 days and I am getting better With Ciplox and Medomol twice Daily. But on 4th day morning I observed redness on my penise foreskin. From yesterday I am observing it is turning black layer and below meat reddish skin. Causing pain from day one. But from Yesterday morning white fluid on that in 3 hours. I am applying betadine front yesterday. Will it solve the problem or is It better to go to doctor right now? Which specialist I shall consult now?

You might be suffering from a fixed drug reaction to ciprofloxacin. Avoid taking ciprofloxacin and consult your doctor immediately for a suitable alternative. Topical mild steroid cream like fluticasone can be used on the affected area. The residual pigmentation might take some time to subside. You need to consult a dermatologist for the same. Regards
