Does Betnovate C Help In Treatment Of Dark Spots Due To Eczema?

HI, Since last one year, I am suffering from some sort of infection on my feet which resembles eczema. it stays for around one week and then dries up leaving behind intense dark spots. i have tried a lot of creams and ointments on it but doesn t work. One of my friends advised me to use Betnovate C to remove the spots. Please advise if this will help me or some other medicine is advisable for the problem.

Advise
1. Apply Melacare cream once daily locally for 6 month
