General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
antistaminic which active principle is bilastine does not interact with the birth control pill and does not affect the its efficacy.
Flatulence and brownish discharge doe not indicate the improper absorption of the pill.
It could be due to indigestion, gastroenteritis, hormonal imbalance.
You can contact your primary care physician and get examined.
Take tablet gas x, ranitidine for that
Avoid stress, take heakthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regualr exercise
Best regards
