Does Botox Help In Relieving Muscle Spasms In Neck And Back?

yes i have a c5 and c6 disk that the c5 is just about pushing on my nerve i get headaches alot and now the pain is going into my arms. i used to see a chiropractor but my neuroligist says if i go back to the chro he could adjust me to were i'm paralized. ive been taking meds that aren't helping with the pain and i get alot of muscle spasms in my neck and top half of my back. the next step the doctor wants to inject is botox and im not sure if thats a good idea
