Does Cephalexin Cause Fingers And Face To Become Yellow?

My fingers, face and feet are more yellow than usual, seems to have happened a month ago since taking cephalexin for a chest infection.
My GP did a whole battery of blood tests and everything was fine, including kidney and liver function, but the yellowing is still there?
