Does Cetirizine HCL Affect Menstruation?

I have been taking cetirizine HcL for the past 3 month for my allergy problem. Almost daily 1/2-1 tablet a day i take. First month the menses delayed 5 days and now the menses already delay 8 days..The question is does taking cetirizine effects my mensus
