Does Cetirizine And Fluticasone Spray Cause Any Side Effects?

I have not had a solid bowel movement for about a week now. I am currently taking Cetirizine and Fluticasone spray for a respiratory problem my doctor thinks is being caused by a bad postnasal drip. Could I be experiencing side effects from one of these medications?
