Does Chymoral Reduce The Swelling In Cheek?

Hello doc, my left cheeks is partially puff due to an accident I had in October 2014, which has slightly altered my looks. I want it to go back to normal please. Can chymoral help? Or please recommend a drug or what can I do? Is it already late if I try pressing hot water on the cheek also?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Puffiness or alteration in looks after an accident may be due to injury to the soft tissues of the face.
Chymoral is an anti-inflammatory drug which helps to reduce the swelling also.
Facial features are not altered usually when the underlying bony framework is normal and swelling of face due to soft tissue injury also subsides few days after injury.
However, a clinical assessment of the face is required to assess the puffiness or any other change in facial contours.
I suggest you to consult your doctor, preferably a surgeon for clinical assessment of the face.
If the swelling is found to be due to swelling of soft tissue, i can be relieved by drugs alone.

Thanks and take care
