Does Citalopram Cause Cold Flushes And Arm Pain?

Does citalopram cause cold flushes and arm pain, I have stopped the medication because of side effects chest discomfort, difficulty breathing, slowed heartbeat and was checked by EMT. My concern is I started this medication two days ago and I am not sure how long this medication stays in the system since it is an antidepresant?
