Does Clexane Injection Cause Dropping Of Blood?

My wife's doctor gives her Clexane for helping her for successful pregnancy period.He prescribed it one injection every day. she is in 5 weeks of her pregnancy.(she has experienced one abortion last year) after 3 days injection of Clexane, she saw drops of blood in her scanties.Is Clexane cause of that?
