Does Clindamycin Cause Dark Color Vomit With Mucous?

My 21 Year old son had a tonsil infection. He was on IV clindamycine for 2 days and then switched tablet form of clindamycine at 600mg mg 3 times a day. Was doing good first 4 days on that and then this morning threw up dark color vomit with some mucous. Then threw up again an hour later dark color again. Was resting for 7 hours then just thee up again about 10 oz of dark color vomit. Has immediate relief after vomiting. No headache or fever at all. Is this most likey from the clindamycine? Also he only had one more dose he had to take this morning but we told him not to take it.
