Does Clomiphene Help In Treating Low Testosterone Levels?

Hi . I was wondering if taking clomiphene is a good way to get high testosterone levels. I was a late bloomer. Started around age 15,16. I just turned 19 and I feel like I m still going through puberty. I ve always felt that puberty has gone really slow for me. Also can high testosterone help with my femenine voice . Its a huge problem for me. And last but not least I ve heard that late bloomers grow even after 21. Is that possible for me?

Clomiphene does not help with low testosterone level. Testosterone supplementation may be required. Consult an endocrinologist and get evaluated.
