Does Cortisone Cause Defect In Vision?
I have been getting cortisone injections in my hand,shoulder and hip for inflammation as a result of my job . I am in dental field . I have been getting injections for many years for carpal tunnel,tendonitis bersititis . I am experiencing vision changes now after my injections. Is this a side effect and should I have concerns that I am experiencing this ?

The steroid can have an adverse effect in form of cataract formation in the eye.
So you need to get your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist. It's advisable to measure your eye pressure as well by tonometry.
The doctor will examine you simply through direct ophthalmoscopy by a special instrument.
