Does Cortisone Shots Cause Headache And Flushing On The Body?
I had cortisone shot for pseudogout on 1-24-18. Knee is better but I am flushed and have a headache. Never had cortisone before but three hours after injection severe swelling , pain and stiffness occurred doctor,s office closed next day. How long will flushing and headache last? This is 1-26-18 Thank you

Cortisone injection may cause fluid retention or flushing in a few individuals. If you're getting dyspnea or itching all over body or giddiness, please consult your physician immediately or not take tablet chlorpheniramine maleate twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
