Does Cyclo-progynova Heal The Uterus?

Hi,
I had hysteroscopy and laparoscopy a week ago and I was prescribed Cyclo-progynova as medicine after the surgery. My question is what this medicine do, does it heal the uterus and can it affect ovulation and fertility? When will my body come to normal after the surgery?
