Does Cymbalta Cause Hot Flashes And Profuse Sweating?

I am 76 years old, well pat menopause, 26 year breast cancer survivor. Am presently on Cymbalta and prednisone for treatment of arthritis and polymyalgia rheumatica. I am having unbearable hot flashes, my hair soaking wet, water running down my face, pooling in the bends of my arms, etc. I have been told that Cymbalta can cause this. Is this reasonable?
