As per your complain Depiwhite is a Kojic Acid containing cream and is suitable for long term use and does not have serious side effects while Lumaglo has Steroid in it along with hydroquinone and Tretinoin.. Long term use of Steroid based creams can have serious side effects like skin thinning, inflammation, skin darkening, increased hair growth on face, swollen veins under skin etc.. I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical examination and if there is any abnormality found he can advise you to taper down the use of the cream rather than stopping suddenly to avoid withdrawal effects.. He can also advise you other depigmentation creams along with Depiwhite like Arbutin, Vitamin E, Glycolic acid, Azelaic acid containing creams.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week.. Drink plenty of water.. Limit sun exposure.. You can also get treatment like Microdermabrasion, chemical peeling and photo facial or Galvanic facials done to improve skin complexion..
