Does Dicynone 500mg Tablet Taken During Pregnancy Cause Fetal Harm?

hi iam 11wks+3days pregnent,i started to have some kind if vaginal spotting for the last 4-5 days.
I went to my dr ,she examined me by speculaumhs.she checked my pregnancy and told me every thing is fine and this bleeding is mostly due to this inflammation.she started me on dicynone 500mg once daily +dalacine vaginal cream.Is these tablet dangerous to my baby?
