Does Domperidone Cause Vaginal Spotting?

I am currently taking Domperidone for gastrointestinal issues. I have been using it for a month. Can a side effect to this medicine interfere with the menstrual cycle? I am experiencing some bleeding/pink discharge but my period was done a week ago. I also got my period 5 days earlier than I expected it.
