Hi!
I read carefully your query.
What you feel when you travel is called motion sickness, also known as travel sickness, is a condition in which a disagreement exists between visually perceived movement and the vestibular system's sense of movement.
The symptoms of motion sickness are nausea, vomiting, dizziness, sweating, and a sense of feeling unwell.

Domperidone is used for the relief of nausea and vomiting in some medical conditions but it is ineffective in motion sickness.
I would suggest you to take PROMETHAZINE oral tablet.
The first dose of promethazine should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before beginning travel.
Here are some tips that can help you prevent or lessen the severity of motion sickness:

-Watch your consumption of foods, drinks, and alcohol before and during travel. Avoid excessive alcohol and foods or liquids that "do not agree with you" or make you feel unusually full. Heavy, spicy, or fat-rich foods may worsen motion sickness in some people.
-Avoiding strong food odors may also help prevent nausea.
-Try to choose a seat where you will experience the least motion.
-Do not sit facing backwards from your direction of travel.
-Sit in the front seat of a car.
-Do not read while traveling if you are prone to motion sickness.
-Open a vent or source of fresh air if possible.

Hope this helps to make your travel more comfortable.
Take care.
