Does Doxycycline Cause Back Pain And Brown Discharge After Urination?

Hi, I've just recently recovered from a sinus infection, and was prescribed Doxycycline, which I completed two week course over one week ago. However over the last few days I've experienced pains in my back, under my breasts, left wrist pain, upset stomach (including additional bowel movements), and a brown discharge after peeing. I just want to check if these are possibly linked to the antibiotics? Thank you!
