Does Doxycycline Cause Heart Arrhythmias?

I am taking multaq 400...200at am 200 at pm... I am takng cardazem.dtilazemhctz i was put on doxacycline for sore throat want to know if it will cause heart arrythmias since they were under control.????? I cannot believe a person has to pay for this that is unreal what happened to hypocratc oath?
