Does Duphaston And Femara Induce Ovulation While Having PCOS?

Hi Dr,
I was diagnosed PCOS in the year 2011. Since I was still single my gyne prescribed me trust pill to regulate
my menstrual cycle. Then I got married last year March 2013, thats the time we started TTC the month after the wedding. My menstrual cycle is ok from March 2013 to October 2013. I have 35 days cycle every month. But started November 2013 my menses doesnt come anymore and thats the time I visited again my gyne. She prescribed me provera 10mg for 5 days to induce menses. then started to take clomid 100mg once a day.
When I had my first follicle monitoring they saw two follicles but 1.1cm & 1.2cm in size only on day 12, On day 15 they saw that the two follicle change a little bit with 1.58 cm & 1.13 sm only. Then I came back for the last monitoring on day 18 and they found out that theres no follicle anymore and there's no evidence of ovulation occurede. My gyne prescribed me duphaston 10mg once a day and femara 2.5 mg once a day for 5 days. My question Dr. is my gyne prescribed me the correct medicine for me to induce ovulation??? Im also takig 1500mg of metformin for 30 days. Is there hopeful that I'll be able to ovulate this 2nd cycle of TTC.
