Does Duphaston Cause Delayed Periods?

I got beta hcg test on 11 april it got positive with 206 value again on 17th i did my beta hcg n it is now 61 Dr says there is no pregnancy now But i didnt got my periods yet N i am taking duphastn thrice daily Is duphastan causing delay in my periods?

Hi, I think duphaston is delaying the periods. You should stop taking it because your hcg level has dropped. This means it was a biochemical pregnancy and there is no need of continuing progesterone. You may get your periods in 10 to 14 days after stopping the tablet. Hope it helps.
