Does Duphaston Help In Preventing Vagina Spotting?
Does increase in Duphaston to 3 times /day prevent spotting?. I am in 7th week of pregnancy and is experiencing spotting since 5th week of pregnancy and is seen only when I am active (in movement) and spotting stops when I rest and starts again when i start walking around. I am told to increase duphaston to 3 times from 2 times which I assume is to help this spotting problem. does this help and is there anything i can do to stop spotting

Duphaston contain progesterone. It help in maintaining the pregnancy, reduce the spotting and promote the growth of the baby.
Avoid exertion and take complete bed rest.
Take folic acid tablet
HCG injection also help in preventing the pregnancy.
Take duphaston under the observation of gynecologist and regular USG scan is advisable.
