Does Duphston Help Inducing Pregnancy?

I had a miscarriage (at 13 weeks of pregnancy). The preganancy was ver normal but suddenly i had bleeding for two weeks and then lost the child. I m now looking for a new baby. Should I start taking duphston before getting pregnant i mean while trying for a baby? I m 38 years old and eager for a baby.

Duphaston only helps in regularizing the cycles and helps in endonetrial growth. It does not enhance the fertility or induce ovulation.
