Dear Sir, my mom is of 60 years, in 1999 due to cervical spondylytis she was prescribed to take Carmaz and indoflam tablets, and soon after 1st dose she was fatigue and pulse was down, and in Wokhardt hospital, permanent pacemaker was implanted..and then on she was absolutely fine. In the recent 2007 replacement of pacemaker is done.Even after that she is absolutely normal. But very recently from December,2009 that s 4 months back, she started experiencing facial sweat (left partial face)and hot flush from chest towards head and felt spin like in head, and our family doctor (cardiologist and physician) tested blood and found hemoglobin to be 10.7 and the rest of the blood test were normal, while blood sugar was 93(fasting) and 127(post prandial blood sugar) So he referred to neurologist, And he(neurologist) prescribed ecosprin, orofer, zosert50,clonotril tablets and she s taking this from 4 months now..except sweating rest is cured. But the major issue now is ..due to excess sweating and little tiredness She went to check her blood to see Hb % but here her hb %=11, 126(fast blood sugar),207(post prandial blood sugar)! This is disgusting for me, please tell me is this level high? and in this short span of 3 months it was normal, So the above said medication does it have any contribution in increasing sugar? And she is under stress due to family matters,So is this the reason? Is this temporary increase? Please reply and help
