Does Eltroxin Cause Heavy Bleeding After Intercourse?

i started eltroxin about 1 month ago...i got my period 1 week early and since i have had brown bleeding and last night after sex I had copious bleeding (pouring out ) and passed a large blood clot...is this normal for just starting eltroxin or should i contact my doctor immediately
