Does Eptoin Tablets Cause Distressed Mind?

doctor,my father is 70 now..last year in feb he was implanted pace-maker with icd...he was till this feb..but in feb 2014 he had a feat and he became unconsious for one hour..we shifted him hospital..there after some time he became conscious and became normal..doctor started eptoin trice in a day..he is normal..but at his second dose in evening his mind became dis sress.... there is a gap of 6 hours in each eptoin dose does eption dose cause it?
