Does Escitalopram Cause Excessive Sweating Upon Walking?

I take 10mg of escitalopram per day. My body temperature is always warm but when I try to walk either outside (even when the temperature is cool 40 degrees.) or walk on my treadmill, I feel as though I overheat and sweat more than I used to. I take my blood pressure and it is usually around 120/75. Sweating is a side effect of this medication. Should I push my doctor more about the sweating and overheating because it is discouraging me from continuing.
